Return policy

We offer a 14 day return policy. After 14 days have passed since the purchase date, we cannot offer you a return on the purchased product(s).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it and it must also be in its original packaging. Any item that is not in its original condition and/or packaging, sustained additional damage by the customer or is missing parts, will not get a refund.

Items that are in sale are NOT eligible for a refund.
Shipping costs will never be refunded.

For returning a product you need to take the following steps:
1. Send an email to info@weebstore.be, containing the order number, a description of the damage(s) as well as a photo showing the damage(s).
2. Await approval for returning the item(s).
3. Ship the item(s) in its original condition and packaging to the following address:

The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning a product. The shipping costs are not refundable. We recommend an insurance policy at the post office when you are returning an item.
Additionally, if we receive a refunded item and we conclude that the item is not returned as described above, we reserve the right to not issue a refund. If we have to send the item back to the customer, new shipping costs will be applied and have to be paid before shipment.
How long it will take for the exchanged product to reach us depends on where you ship it from. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If the item is lost and does not reach us, we cannot provide you with a refund as it is not deemed returned.
