Weebstore cannot be held liable for falsely entered personal information in any way, or for sending products to a wrong person and/or address if the provided information is incorrect.
We sell our products exclusively to adults with a minimum age of 18. By placing an order through your account, you acknowledge this age restriction for purchases and confirm that you are 18 years or older, or that your orders are being supervised and approved by a parent or legal guardian. Weebstore cannot be held liable for minors using products purchased through our webshop.
We reserve the right to close any account of which we suspect the account information is incorrect. In addition, we also reserve the right to refuse and/or cancel any order at our own discretion.
Our website is directed to private buyers and we reserve the right to refuse and/or cancel orders and/or accounts of which we suspect are professional buyers such as dealers, retailers or distributors.

Weebstore cannot be held liable for any potential errors on the website in regards to the name, description, measurements or weight of a product. We do our absolute best to provide you with accurate information regarding all products. In case you suspect that we provided wrong details about a product, please contact us via email.
Weebstore cannot be held liable for any manufacturing errors of a product. There can be slight differences to items from the same production group caused during the manufacturing process. These include minor visual differences in regards to color, measurement and the texture of certain parts.
Once a product’s packaging is opened, it is no longer available for a refund or withdrawal.
Any product that you would want to return, has to be in the exact same condition as it arrived.
Weebstore cannot be held liable for loss or damage of any kind, nor for any form of medical costs, due to use of products purchased through our website.
Stock
We manage our stock in an online database.
In the unlikely event that a product paid by the costumer is no longer available, we will let the customer know via email to the email address linked to the account. The order will either be cancelled and the full amount paid will be refunded to the customer to the original form of payment or the order will be delayed. The customer will be able to choose what happens.
Pre-orders
We offer pre-order items to our customers. This means that you can order a product before its release date. The product must be paid in full (including the current shipping cost) before the pre-order will be accepted. If the shipping costs have changed in the timeframe between placing the pre-order and the release of the product, we reserve the right to apply additional shipping costs before shipping the product. When shipping costs change, they will be updated in the terms and conditions and on the website.
The shown release date is only an indication from the wholesaler, so we cannot guarantee what the actual release date will be. If the release date changes, we will let the customer know via email. When the product arrives at Weebstore, we will contact the customer via the email address linked to their account to arrange the shipping timing so that it suits the customer.
When combining multiple pre-order items in one order, the order will not be shipped until all items are in stock.
Pre-orders cannot be cancelled unless we cancel it for you due to the product not releasing.
In this case, the customer will receive a refund within 14 workdays of confirmation.
Prices
The prices shown on our website are always VAT (Value Added Tax) included.
These prices can change due to possible changes in tax rates.
Furthermore, we reserve the right to adjust prices that are subjected to fluctuations on the market or price changes enforced by the wholesaler. We are not obligated to give notice of any price changes on our website. The price listed at the moment of adding the product to your basket, will be the same price shown upon checkout.
We do our absolute best to show you the correct prices for each product throughout the entire website. If the price for an item would differ upon placing an order, please let us know via email. If you completed an order and we notice the pricing on the order is incorrect, we will contact you and offer you the option to cancel the order and receive a refund.

For processing payments on our website, we make use of the platform Mollie.
Weebstore cannot be held liable for payment errors due to issues with the platform.
Current available payment methods are Bancontact, Ideal and PayPal
We cannot guarantee that the payment process will be 100% error-free. If a payment error or any other situation preventing you from successfully finalizing a payment would present itself, please contact us via email. We will only process an order when the payment has been received in full.
Order pickup
As an alternative shipping method, we offer the option to pick up your order at Weebstore in Genk, Limburg BE.
If you choose this option, please ensure that you will be able to collect your order.
Once selected, we will contact you to arrange a convenient pickup time. (Order pickup is free.)
For now, this option is only available to customers in Belgium.
Delivery
We take great care in packaging our products.
Weebstore cannot be held liable for theft or loss of products during transport.
If a package has not been delivered within 10 work days, we will contact the transport company and look into what could have happened.
The shipping company can take up to 30 days to find out what potentially went wrong and before getting back to us.
During that period, no refund of the ordered item(s) or shipment can be carried out.
Reviews
Customers can leave a review on our Facebook page, and potentially other platforms in the future, after making a purchase.
When writing a review on any of these platforms, you are strictly prohibited to write anything that is of the following nature: racist, sexist, obscene, threatening, intimidating, discriminating, harmful, political or advertising.
Upon infringement, Weebstore reserves the right to close your account and cancel any outstanding orders without a refund.
Right of Withdrawal
When you purchase an item from our store you have the option to cancel the contract within 14 days of the purchase date. We may ask the reason why you want to use the right of withdrawal, however you are not obligated to present an explanation.
When initiating the right of withdrawal please send the item back in its original packaging and with all accessories included. The customer will handle all items with utmost care. Products damaged by the customer are not eligible for withdrawal. The product has to be sent back to Weebstore within 14 days of initiating the withdrawal. Any shipping costs related to this withdrawal are to be paid by the customer.
If you want to issue a right of withdrawal, kindly send us an email at info@weebstore.be and a document will be sent back to you to fill in. Any refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Refunds will not be issued before we receive the product(s).
After using the right of withdrawal, we reserve the right to close your account.

Weebstore cannot guarantee that the website will function to its proper intent, nor can we guarantee the functionality of any third-party offered services and thus cannot be held liable for any interruptions on the website or offered services. We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

We will then close your account and cancel any potential outstanding orders without issuing a refund. We will notify you via email to the email address linked to your account. Afterwards you are expected to no longer use our website. Upon re-use of our website, or creating a new account, you are accepting the terms and conditions and are expected to comply. We reserve the right to refuse a new account being created for the same individual.
